Elektrická sonda bez vf. kompenzace v plazmatu kapacitního výboje

Electric probe with no RF compensation in capacitively coupled plasma
Abstract:
The topic of this thesis is time evolution of plasma potential during the period of capacitively coupled RF discharge. An improved model for measurement with high impedance probe without RF compensation is presented. The model allows for measurement even when the probe potential is near plasma potential.
Abstract:
Práca sa zaoberá problematikou merania potenciálu plazmy v kapacitne viazanom výboji. Popisuje vylepšený model na spracovanie merania vysokoimpedančnej nekompenzovanej sondy, ktorý umožňuje merať potenciál aj v prípadoch keď je potenciál sondy blízko potenciálu plazmy.
