Investigation of murder focused on offender personality

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na typické vlastnosti pachatele a jejich vliv na jeho kriminální chování, především na spáchání vraždy. Práce je rozdělena na tři části. První část práce zahrnuje stručné vymezení trestného činu vraždy z pohledu trestního práva a shrnuje základní teoretické poznatky o osobnosti pachatele ve vztahu k jeho typickým vlastnostem z pohledu psychologie, kriminologie kriminalistiky. Pozornost je zde věnována především příčinám jeho kriminálního chování. Druhá část se věnuje kriminalistické charakteristice trestného činu vraždy a jejím jednotlivým komponentům, kde je důraz kladen především na způsob páchání. V této části práce jsou použita statistická data o pachatelích vražd a způsobu jejich páchání za období 2010-2020 podle údajů Policejního prezidia PČR. Třetí část práce je aplikací teoretických základů z předchozích částí, na nichž je stanoven vliv vlastností pachatele na způsob spáchání vraždy.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the typical characteristics of the offender and their influence on his criminal behaviour, especially on the commission of murder. The work is divided into three parts. The first part of the thesis includes a concise definition of the crime of murder from the perspective of criminal law and summarizes basic theoretical knowledge of the personality of the perpetrator in relation to his typical characteristics from the perspective of psychology, criminology of criminality. The main focus here is on the causes of his criminal behaviour. The second part deals with the criminal characterization of the crime of murder and its individual components, where the focus is primarily on the method of perpetration. This part of the work uses statistical data on the perpetrators of murders and how they were committed for the period 2010-2020, according to data from the Police Presidium of the Czech Republic. The third part of the work is the application of theoretical bases from the previous parts, on which the influence of the characteristics of the perpetrator on the way the murder was committed is determined.
