Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice zadluženosti osob ve výkonu trestu. Teoretická část se zabývá problémem kriminality a definuje pojem trest a jeho účel a funkci. Bližší pozornost je věnována výkonu trestu odnětí svobody, především programům zacházení a práci odborných zaměstnanců v oblasti penitenciární a postpenitenciární péče. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of indebtedness of persons in the execution of punishment. The theoretical part deals with the problem of crime and defines the concept of punishment and its purpose and function.
