Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice v souvislosti s kompetencemi prezidenta republiky. Práce je zaměřena na roli prezidenta při vyhlášení válečného stavu, kdy jsou popsány jeho jednotlivé kompetence. V jednotlivých kapitolách jsou uvedeny základní pojmy a postavení prezidenta v politickém systému ČR. The bachelor thesis is concerned by the topic about President as the supreme commander of the armed forces. The work is focused on the position of the president in a state of war, where his individual competencies are described.
