This rigorous thesis contains three fundamental texts and one revised English text dealing with post-war architecture in Brno. The first paper is entitled "The Union of Architects and the Criticism of Socialist Realism" and is based on an internal document of the Union of Architects from the second half of the 1960s that was discovered.
