Proposal of Balancing Workplace with Elements of Lean Production in the Company Vitesco Technologies Czech Republic s. r. o.

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na rozbalancování pracoviště s prvky štíhlé výroby ve společnosti Vitesco Technologies Czech Republic s. r. o. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsán obor průmyslové inženýrství, štíhlý podnik a metody, které jsou potřebné k rozbalancování pracoviště. V praktické části je popsána společnost a analýza současného stavu pracoviště. Na tuto analytickou část navazuje návrh rozbalancování pracoviště. Na základě rozbalancování pracoviště jsou navrženy dva výrobní scénáře. Součástí výrobních scénářů je návrh nového layoutu pracoviště, návrhy na zlepšení a revize MOSTu. Výrobní scénáře jsou následně porovnány a finančně zhodnoceny.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on balancing of a workplace with the elements of Lean Pro-duction in the company Vitesco Technologies Czech Republic Inc. It is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the field of Industrial Engineering, Lean Production, and methods necessary for balancing the workplace. The practical part describes the company Vitesco Technologies Inc. and an analysis of the current situation on the workplace. A draft of balancing the workplace follows the analytic part. Based on which, two production scripts are suggested. A design of a new layout of the workplace, improvements and revisions of MOST are all part of the production plans. Afterwards, the production plans are compared and financially evaluated.
