Diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou návrhu a realizácie modelu revízie jednotného systému varovania a vyrozumenia (ďalej len JSVV) obyvateľstva. Súčasťou práce je teoretické oboznámenie sa s pojmami ako civilná ochrana obyvateľstva a krízové riadenie. The thesis deals with design and implementation of the revised model of a single warning and alert system (hereinafter JSVV) population. The work is a theoretical introduction to concepts such as civil protection and crisis management people.
