Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Umělá sladidla v potravinách“ pojednává o používání umělých sladidel v potra-vinách o jejich vlivu na lidské zdraví. Je popsána kontroverzní cesta některých z nich na náš stůl a jejich rozšíření. Součástí diplomové práce je výzkum, který odhaluje znalosti o umělých sladidlech mezi populací žijící v ČR a informuje nás o vztahu populace k umělým sladidlům. Výzkum také potvrzuje některé statistiky z posledních let. Z diplomové práce se dozvíme o možných rizicích spojených s používáním umělých sladidel, ale také o možnostech použití zdraví prospěšných látek namísto umělých sladidel.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis „Sugar substitute in food“ deals with usage of artificial sweeteners in food and with their impact on people’s health. The thesis describes the controversial way how their usage in food industry has been approved and how they have been spread. The diploma thesis includes a research, which unfolds knowledge of artificial sweeteners by residents of Czech Republic and which informs about the opinion of residents. The research confirms some of the statistics from recent years. Possible risks linked with consumption of artificial sweeteners are also described in the thesis as well as the possibilities of consumptions of healthier substances instead of artificial sweeteners.
