Diplomová práce se zabývá otázkou, jaké faktory mají největší dopad na vzájemné vztahy pracovníků a klientů vybraného zařízení pobytových sociálních služeb. Poukazuje na možná úskalí vztahů, kterým mohou být (nejen) syndrom pomáhajících, mýty a předsudky, problematické chování klienta a zátěž pracovníků v sociálních službách. Abstract:
The thesis attempts to find an answer on what factors have the biggest impact on relationships between employees and residents of a selected long-stay social services institution. It points out possible relationships pitfalls such as, among others, helper syndrome, myths and prejudice, problematic behaviour of the residents and stress of social services employees.
