Bezpečnostní audit ve vybraném potravinářském podniku

A Security Audit in a Particular Food Company
Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je provedení bezpečnostního auditu vybraného potravinářského podniku. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy související s problematikou a popis bezpečnostního auditu v obecné rovině. V praktické části je popsán skutečný stav stanovených oblastí auditu, provedena identifikace hrozeb a analýza rizik. Na základě vý-sledků pak navržena bezpečnostní opatření.
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is a realization of the security audit of a particular food company. In the theoretical part there are basic terms of this field and the general description of the security audit. Practical part describes the real state of the given audit spheres. Moreover the threats identification and risks analysis are realized. Safety precautions are suggested on the basis of the results.
