Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce byl fenomén bezdomovectví žen a jejím cílem formulace zásadních parametrů pro model nově vznikajícího azylového domu pro ženy. Základem pro popis tohoto modelu se stal kvalitativní výzkum založený na výpovědích žen bez domova a pracovníků pomáhajících profesí v oblasti bezdomovectví. Zkušenosti a potřeby byly zkoumány pomocí individuálních a skupinových osobních rozhovorů. Předložená bakalářská práce slouží jako vzor nebo projekt poskytování sociální pobytové služby azylového domu pro ženy bez domova. Výstupem textu je formulace konkrétních požadavků potencionálních klientek AD a možností služeb v této oblasti. Výsledkem je zjištění, že aktuální nabídka služeb pro ženy bez domova nereflektuje skutečné potřeby této cílové skupiny, ani možnosti sociální práce.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis focuses on the phenomenon of women´s homelessness and its goal is to formulate essential parameters for the model of a new shelter house established for women. Description of this model is based on qualitative research grounded in interviews with homeless women and workers in helping professions in the field of homelessness. Experiences and needs of the homeless women have been searched through individual and group interviews. The Bachelor thesis serves as a model or a project to provide a shelter house social service for homeless women. The outcome of the thesis is at specific demands of potential clients for the shelter and at the variety of services found in this field. The final finding of the thesis is that the current supply of services for homeless women reflects neither the real needs of the target group nor the potentialities of social work.
