Abstract:

Šišáková ,Petra : Léba alergií u dtí z pohledu klasické a alternativní medicíny bakaláská práce, LF MU Brno, 2006, 67 str. ANOTACE Alergie je nemocí století. V 60. letech byla alergie potvrzena u každého stého obyvatele, dnes je alergikem každý pátý. Mnohým alergikm se však ani dnes nežije dobe, i když alergologie udlala obdivuhodný pokrok. Cílem mé bakaláské práce bylo zjistit, jak jsou rodie alergických dtí informováni o možnostech léby alergií, srovnat zájem rodi o využití alternativních metod v léb alergií a potvrdit názory na propojení klasické a alternativní medicíny. Stanovila jsem ti hypotézy: 1) z celkového potu respondent je více jak 50 % dobe informováno o možnostech léby. 2) zájem o využití alternativních metod léby odpovídá zájmu o klasickou lébu. 3) pibližn 80 % je pro propojení klasické a alternativní medicíny. Pro zjišování údaj jsem zvolila strukturovaný dotazník. Výhodou této metody je rychlé shromáždní údaj od velkého potu respondent v pomrn krátkém ase. Nevýhodou je, že získané informace mohou být zkresleny v dsledku nepochopení zadané otázky, i mže docházet k tzv. selekci pacient ze strany zdravotník. Dotazník byl uren pro rodie dtských alergických pacient. Obsahoval celkem 20 položek. První položka byla zamena na sociodemografické údaje. Ostatní položky byly zameny na typ alergického onemocnní, zpsoby projevu alergické reakce a zjišování období nejvtších potíží bhem roku. Zbylé položky byly zameny na výskyt nemoci v rodin pacienta, na informovanost rodi o léb alergií, na názory na lébu alternativní cestou a propojení alternativní a klasické medicíny. Celkem bylo distribuováno 100 dotazník na dtskou alergologickou ambulanci ve FN Motol v Praze. Použito pro przkum bylo 85 dotazník. Doba sbru dat trvala 4 týdny. Za dostaten informované o všech možnostech léby klasické medicíny se považuje 42, 35 % respondent. Znalost všech uvedených pojm klasické medicíny uvedlo 20 % respondent. Jinou možnost léby než klasickou lébu, zná 49, 41 % dotázaných. Na základ dosažených výsledk se hypotéza . 1 nepotvrdila. 88, 37 % respondent neznalo jinou možnost léby alergie, ale mli zájem o informace ohledn léby alternativní cestou. V 54, 76 % metoda alternativní léby byla vyzkoušena a zájem respondent o alternativní metody byl 71, 76 %. Na základ zjištných výsledk se hypotéza . 2 nepotvrdila. Jednoznan pro propojení klasické a alternativní medicíny bylo 32, 94 % respondent a pro propojení jen v nkterých pípadech bylo 63, 53 % dotazovaných rodi. Podle dosažených výsledk považuji hypotézu . 3 za potvrzenou. Na základ svého výzkumu jsem pesvdena o tom, že v této oblasti je možné dosáhnout spoluprací léka s rodii ješt lepší informovanosti o možnostech léby alergií. Cíle bakaláské práce byly splnny.

Abstract:

ANNOTATION Allergy is disease of this century. In the 1960s it was acknowledged at every hundredth inhabitant, at present every fifth man is allergic. Their lives are complicated even though allergology has made remarkable progress. Main objectives of my bachelor paper were to find out whether parents of allergic children are informed enough about ways of treatment, to compare parents, interest in utilization of alternative methods in the allergy treatment and to confirm opinions on interconnection of classical and alternative medicines. I determined three hypotheses: 1) more than 50 % of all the respondents are informed enough about ways of the treatment 2) interest in utilization of alternative methods is equal to the interest in classical treatment 3) approximately 80 % of the respondents are for interconnection of the cllssical and the alternative methods I worked with a structured quetionnaire. Big advantages of this method are prompt data collection from a large number of respondents in quite a short time . On the other hand, there are some disadvantages too, e.g. the obtained information could be misrepresented as a result of misunderstanding of the medical personnel could be partial to ,,selection of the patients. The questionnaire was meant for parenst of allergic children . It included 20 items. The first one was concentrated on social-demographical data. The other items were concentrated on a type of allergic disease as well as on on process of allergic reaction and on seasons of the year causing the biggest troubles. The others were concentrated not only on occurrence of this disease in patients family but also on briefing parents about allergy treatment, on poinions on alternative way of treatment and on interconnection of classical and alternative medicines. Altogether there were 100 questionnaires distri buted at childrens ward of the FN Motol in Prague, 85 of which were used for the research. It took four weeks to gather them back. - 42,35 % of the respondents are thought to be quite informed of all the possibilities of classical medicine treatment; - 20 % of the respondents showed the knowledge of all the classical medicine concepts; - apart from knowing classical treatment 49,41 % of the respondents know also other treatment possibilities; On the basis of these results, the first hypothesis is not confirmed. - 88,37 % of the respondents did not know other methods of allergy treatment but were interested in getting informaation about alternative treatment; - 54,76 % of the respondents have already tried alternative methods of treatment; - 71,76 % of the respondents were interested in this method; On the basis of these results, the second hypothesis is not confirmed either. - 32,94 % respondents were for interconnection of classical and alternative medicines; - 63,54 % respondents were for interconnection of classical and alternative medicines but in some cases only; It means that the third hypothesis is confirmed. On the basis of my research, I am that it is possible to reach better in alergy treatment by improving cooperation of doctors and parents.
