Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Regulace v oboru advokacie“ je rozbor stavu regulace v oboru advokacie v České republice a na Slovensku s následnou komparací úrovní regulací v dalších evropských státech. První část práce se věnuje teoretickým aspektům regulace a je zde nastíněna základní právní úprava výkonu advokacie v České republice a na Slovensku. Druhá část je zaměřena na popis a zhodnocení stavu regulace advokacie, jsou zde vypočítány indexy regulace a nechybí zde ani komparace úrovní regulací v těchto zemích. V poslední části je pak ještě provedeno srovnání zjištěného stavu regulací s úrovněmi regulací v dalších evropských státech.

Abstract:

The objective of the submitted thesis “Regulation of Legal Profession” is to analyze the state of regulation in the field of advocacy in the Czech Republic and in the Slovak Republic with subsequent comparison of regulatory levels in other European countries. The first part of the thesis describes theoretical aspects of regulation and there is outlined the basic legislation associated with the legal profession in the Czech Republic and in the Slovak Republic. The second part is concentrated on description and evaluation of the regulation of legal profession state, there are also calculated indices of regulation and there is the comparison of regulatory levels in these countries. In the final part there is not missing the comparison between detected regulatory states and the levels of regulation in other European countries.
