Diplomová práce Motiv cesty u Jana Čepa se věnuje výzkumu tohoto motivu v Čepově próze. Nejprve stručně charakterizuji cestu obecně jako symbol. Dále uvádím domácí i zahraniční autory, kteří motiv cesty nějakým způsobem zpracovávají ve svých dílech. V další části představuji osobnost Jana Čepa, jeho život a dílo. My Master' s thesis deals with the motif of a way in the narrative of Jan Cep. First I characterize the way as a symbol. Then I present Czech and foreign authors who treat the motif of a way in their stories. In the next part I present the personality of Jan Cep as well as his life and work.
