Theory and practice kvazitotalites regimes

Abstract:

V úvodu práce bych se pokusil nastínit problematiku nedemokratických reţimů a dále pak typologii autoritativních reţimů a vysvětlit samotný pojem kvazitotalitní reţim.Pojetí kvazititotalitního reţimu se můţe velmi lišit. V podstatě se jedná o posttotalitní reţim, který ve své teorii představil J. J. Linz. Definice kvazitotalitních reţimů souvisí se státy střední a východní Evropy. Reţimy v těchto zemích se na přelomu 40. a 50. let staly totalitními a postupně se transformovaly na posttotalitní reţimy. Na první pohled vypadá reţim jako totalitní. Stávající elity se stále snaţí udrţovat totalitní charakter státu, ale reţim uţ nemá sílu tyto prvky uplatňovat. Je to tedy zdánlivý totalitarismus.

Abstract:

At work I have tried to outline the issues of non-democratic regimes and then typology of authoritarian regimes and explain the concept kvazitotalirian regimes.Pojetí kvazitotalirian regimes can be very different. Basically, it is a totalitarian regime that in his theory introduced JJ Linz. Definition kvazitotalirian regimes associated with the states of Central and Eastern Europe. Regimes in these countries at the turn of the 40th and 50 years become totalitarian and gradually transformed into totalitarian regimes. At first glance it looks like a totalitarian regime. The current elite keeps the totalitarian nature of the state, but the regime no longer has the power to apply these elements. It is therefore apparent totalitarianism.
