Food as the risk of infection in elderly

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku infekcí u seniora způsobených konzumací nekvalitní potravy. Zabývá se vlivem demografických (věk, bydliště) a sociálních (rodinná situace, finanční situace, sociální status, soběstačnost v rámci zajištění potravy) determinant na faktory ovlivňující nákup potravin seniorem a také jejich vlivem na provádění preventivních opatření. Cílem je také zjistit, zda je zdravotní stav seniora ovlivněn konzumací nekvalitní stravy. Práce je zaměřena na analýzu a komparaci výsledků získaných průzkumným šetřením. Stanovených cílů je dosaženo pomocí dotazníkové metody, jejíž jednotlivé položky jsou popsány a znázorněny pomocí tabulek a grafů.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the issue of infections in the elderly caused by eating junk food. It deals with the influence of demographic (age, place of residence), social (family situation, financial situation, social status, self-sufficiency in food security) on the determinant factors influencing the purchase of seniors and their impact on the implementation of preventive measures. It also aims to determine whether the health of elderly people affected by eating junk food. Specific aims are accomplished via questionnaires, and questions are described and illustrated in tables and graphs.
