Safe travelling during pregnancy

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem bezpečného cestování v těhotenství. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, zdali těhotné ženy v těhotenství cestují do zahraničí a zdali cestují bezpečně. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena především na přípravu těhotných žen k cestování. Seznamuje s možnými způsoby cestování pro těhotné. Zmiňuje rizika spojené s cestováním a v poslední části podává informace k cestovnímu pojištění těhotných žen. Praktická část práce je tvořena formou kvantitativního výzkumu a věnuje se analýze dat dotazníkového šetření. Z výzkumu vyplývá, že většina těhotných žen cestuje bezpečně během těhotenství a téměř polovina těhotných žen se vydá v těhotenství do zahraničí. Jako výstup své práce jsem vytvořila brožuru, která se zabývá bezpečným cestováním v těhotenství.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of safe traveling during pregnancy. The main aim of this thesis is to find out whether pregnant women are traveling abroad during pregnancy and whether they travel safely. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical part, and the practical part. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is mainly focused on preparing pregnant women for traveling. It introduces the possible ways of traveling for pregnant women. It mentions the risks associated with traveling and, in the last section, provides information on travel insurance for pregnant women. The practical part consists of quantitative research and analyzes the questionnaire data. The result of the research is that most pregnant women travel safely during pregnancy and nearly half of pregnant women go abroad during pregnancy. As the output of my work, I have created a brochure that deals with safe travel in pregnancy.
