Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá především stanovením antierytrocyárních protilátek a krevních skupin u pacientů vyšetřených na Transfuzním oddělení FN Plzeň. Teoretická část obsahuje základní informace o krevních systémech, jejich antigenech a protilátkách. Dalšími velkými kapitolami jsou transfuze a výroba transfuzních přípravků, kde se zaměřuji na fungování transfuzního zařízení a na podmínky dárcovství …more

This bachelo'r thesis mainly deals with the determination of antierytrocyar antibodies and blood groups in patients of the Pilsen University Hospital. The theoretical part contains basic information abou tblood systems, their antigens and antibodies.
