Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem vývojová stádia trestného činu. Jedná se o stádia předcházející dokonání trestného činu, a to ta stádia, která jsou trestná, tedy příprava a pokus trestného činu. Příprava i pokus mají určitá specifika, co se týče trestní odpovědnosti a způsobu jejich trestání. The diploma thesis deals with the developmental stage of the crime. This is the stages prior to the completion of the crime, namely those stages which are criminal, therefore preparation and attempted crime.
