Bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou pohybové vlastnosti, agilitou. Pro úspěch v dnešním fotbale je agilita nepostradatelná složka a je důležitým komponentem jak v rozvoji ve fotbalovém tréninku, tak i v celkovém růstu výkonnosti mladých fotbalistů.
