Use of musictherapy elements in children with mental disabilities in preschool age

Abstract:

Využitie prvkov muzikoterapeutických prvkov u detí s mentálnym postihnutím v predškolskom veku" je zameraná na posúdenie využívania prvkov muzikoterapie u detí s mentálnym postihnutím v predškolskom veku. Hlavným cieľom je priblížiť pedagogickú skúsenosť pri uplatnení prvkov muzikoterapie u detí s mentálnym postihnutím v špeciálnej materskej škole. Práca pozostáva z troch kapitol. V prvej kapitole je definovaný a charakterizovaný pojem muzikoterapia. Je v nej vysvetlený cieľ, predmet, obsah a druhy muzikoterapie. Taktiež približuje problematiku muzikoterapie a edukáciu jednotlivcov so špeciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacími potrebami. Druhá kapitola sa zaoberá možnosťami edukácie detí s mentálnym postihnutím v predškolskom veku v Slovenskej aj Českej republike. Tretia kapitola má praktický charakter. Popisuje konkrétne aktivity, ktoré boli realizované v špeciálnej materskej škole svätého Jozefa v Turzovke.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis: "Usage of the music therapy elements for children with mental disabilities in preschool age" is focused on the assessment of the use of elements of music therapy for the children with mental disabilities in preschool age. The main goal is to approach the possibilities of using music therapy activities in a special kindergarten. The work consists of three chapters. The first chapter defines and characterizes the concept of music therapy. The aim, subject, content and types of music therapy are explained. The issue of music therapy and education of individuals with special educational needs is also approached. The second chapter deals with the possibilities of educating children with mental disabilities in preschool age in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. The third chapter has a practical character. It describes specific activities that were carried out in the special kindergarten of St. Joseph in Turzovka.
