Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá možností použití mikrokontroléru STM32F107 jako převodníku mezi USB zařízením a Ethernetem. V prvních kapitolách jsou teoreticky rozebrány oba protokoly a možnosti připojení zařízení k PC se zaměřením na operační systém MS Windows. Dále je proveden rozbor současných zařízení na trhu a proveden návrh vlastního zařízení, na kterém bude práce realizována. Poté jsou představeny vlastnosti použitého mikrokontroléru a možnosti programování. V 6. kapitole je popsán postup programování firmware zařízení a nastavení jednotlivých periferií. Předposlední kapitola popisuje postup přístupu k zařízení z operačního systému a v poslední jsou zhodnoceny výsledné vlastnosti zhotoveného zařízení.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the use of the microcontroller STM32F107 as a converter between USB device and Ethernet. In the first chapters there are theoretically analyzed both protocols and attaching of devices to a PC based on MS Windows. Next, the current situation in the market is described and design of the device is projected whereon the thesis will be implemented. Then features of the used microcontroller and programming environment are presented. Finally programing firmware and software are described. Finished device is reviewed.
