Cílem diplomové práce „Měření výkonnosti podniku pomocí finančních i nefinančních ukazatelů“ je analyzovat stav měření výkonnosti konkrétního podniku, při něm použité ukazatele a jejich využití při řízení a na základě toho navrhnout možná zlepšení stávající praxe.
