Tato diplomová práce se zabývá rozborem negativních a pozitivních zdvořilostních strategií v českých a britských interview s politiky. Jejím cílem je srovnat výskyt a použití zdvořilostních strategií mezi těmito dvěma kulturami. Teoretická část seznamuje čtenáře se žánrem politického interview.
