The usage of GIS in a sphere of road traffic safety
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím nástrojů systémů GIS v oblasti bezpečnosti silničního provozu. Vymezuje základní pojmy z oborů geografických informačních systémů a silniční dopravy, popisuje současnou situaci a nastiňuje perspektivy vývoje využití nástrojů GIS v oblasti bezpečnosti silničního provozu v budoucnu.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the current usage of GIS tools in a sphere of road traffic safety. It defines the basic concepts of the fields of geographic information systems and road transport, describes current situation and explores the possibilities of future progression of the usage of GIS tools in a sphere of road traffic safety.
