Toxicity of Colloidal Polyaniline.
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vodivými polymery, a to konkrétně polyanilinem ve formě koloidu. Jsou zde popsány jeho vlastnosti, příprava, formy, které vytváří a jeho potenciální využití. Dále se zabývá cytotoxicitou a metodami jejího testování za využití in vitro technik a buněčných kultur. Conductive polymers, namely polyaniline in colloidal form, are the topic of presented bachelor thesis. Its properties, preparation, forms and potential applications are described. The in vitro techniques and cell culturing use able for cytotoxicity testing are described in theoretical part.
