Stanovení aktivity membránově vázané glutathion-S-transferasy
Determination of membrane-bound glutathione-S-transferase activity
Abstract:
Glutathion-S-transferasy (GSTs) jsou skupinou multifunkčních enzymů, které katalyzují nukleofilní atak thiolové skupiny glutathionu na elektrofilní centra různých endogenních i exogenních sloučenin. Vzniklé konjugáty jsou zpravidla méně toxické než původní sloučeniny. Tímto procesem GSTs přispívají k detoxifikaci. Enzymovou reakcí glutathionu se specifickým substrátem 1-chlor-2,4-dinitrobenzenem vzniká …moreAbstract:
The glutathione-S-transfereses (GSTs) are a group of multifunctional enzymes which catalyse a nucleophilic attack of the thiole group of glutathione on electrophillic centres of various endogenous and exogenous compounds. Conjugates are generally less toxic than the parent compound. This process leads to the detoxification. Enzymatic reaction of glutathione with 1-chloro-2,4-dinitrobenzene provides …more
