Eco-faunistics characterization of ground beetles fauna of stony quarry Všechlapy near Teplice.

Abstract:

Hornická činnost v lomu Všechlapy probíhá již od roku 1930. Oblast ložiska leží na SZ okraji Českého středohoří. Společnost Basalt CZ s.r.o., která je investorem těžby, se zabývá zpracováním přírodního kamene (čediče). V letech 2017 až 2019 zde bylo zjištěno 78 druhů střevlíkovitých brouků (Carabiadea), přitom slabě dominovaly druhy kategorie E (eurytopní) nad druhy adaptabilními (A). Druh kategorie R, tzn. druh charakteristický pro nenarušená stanoviště byl zjištěn pouze jeden - Acupalpus interstitialis. Druhy Červeného seznamu nalezeny nebyly. Z ohrožených druhů dle vyhlášky MŽP č. 395/1992 Sb. byl potvrzen svižník polní (Cincidela campestris), prskavec větší (Brachinus crepitans) a prskavec menší (Brachinus explodens). Zjištění je v souladu i s výsledky některých jiných autorů, kteří rovněž v posttěžebních územích nezjistili vyšší zastoupení ochranářsky významných druhů střevlíků. Pro zhodnocení významu lokality z hlediska podpory ochranářsky důležitých druhů by proto bylo třeba hodnotit více taxonomických skupin.

Abstract:

Mining activity in the Všechlapy quarry has been conducted since 1930. The deposit area is located in the northwestern edge of the České středohoří Mts. Mining investor, the company Basalt CZ s.r.o., is engaged in the processing of natural stone (basalt). Between 2017 and 2019 78 species of ground beetles (Carabidae) were discovered on site, where species of category E (eurytopic) slightly dominated over adaptable species (A). Category R type, ie. species characteristic for intact habitats, was found only one - Acupalpus interstitialis. Red list of threatened species were not found. Endangered species according to Decree No. 395/1992 Coll. Cincidela campestris, Brachinus crepitans and Brachinus explodens were confirmed. These findings are in line with the results of other authors who also did not find a higher concentration of conservatively important ground beetle species in the post-mining areas. For the importance evaluation of the site in terms of conservatively important species support more taxonomic species needs to be assessed.
