Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na posouzení podnikatelského záměru z pohledu banky, a to při poskytování úvěru pro nově vzniklou pobočku. Posouzení je prováděno prostřednictvím finančních a nefinančních analýz, které jsou utvářeny pro vyhodnocení bonity klienta. Podnikatelský záměr je vytvořen na otevření nové prodejny Pekárna Kabát. This bachelor thesis is focused on the considerations of business plan from the perspective of the bank in the provision of credit for the newly incurred branch.
