Legal Theoretic Aspects of Car Accidents
Abstract:
Diplomová práce Právně teoretické aspekty dopravních nehod je zaměřena na fenomén silniční dopravní nehodovosti v České republice a zaobírá se jím nejen v souvislosti se současnou právní úpravou, ale obsahuje také sociologický, psychologický, a kriminologický náhled. Mimoto ji tvoří také kapitola pojednávající o metodách zjišťování skutkového stavu v praxi a fotografické i statistické přílohy.

The aim of presented work Legal Theoretic Aspects of Car Accidents is to describe problems of these accidents include psychological, sociological and penitentiary aspects and particularly include questions of law protection.
