Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zkoumání vztahů ve zdravotnictví, konkrétně mezi lékařem/lékařkou a zdravotní sestrou/bratrem z hlediska genderové perspektivy. Zjišťuje, zda se v interakcích a hodnotících procesech objevují genderové stereotypy, případně jak ovlivňují vztahy. The bachelor thesis focuses on examining relations in the work in healthcare, specifically between the doctor and the nurse in terms of gender perspective. The work discoveres, if there are gender stereotypes in relationships and evaluation processes and if they are, how affect the relationships.
