Keňa je země s nedostatkem vodních zdrojů. Mnoho obyvatel nemá přístup k čisté vodě, zatímco zemědělství využívá sladkovodní zdroje nešetrně. Nejdůležitější otázkou je kanalizační systém a nakládání s odpadními vodami.
