Development of Liability Insurance, Service Vehicles and their Supplementary Insurance

Abstract:

Cílem práce je seznámit čtenáře s pojištěním odpovědnosti z provozu motorových vozidel a jejich doplňkových pojištění na trhu v České republice. Bakalářská práce poukazuje na důležitost a význam tohoto pojištění především z hlediska ochrany každého účastníka silničního provozu při vzniku škodové události způsobené motorovým vozidlem. Přestože pojištění odpovědnosti slouží k ochraně majetku a zdraví třetích osob, má význam pro každého z nás. Bakalářská práce seznamuje čtenáře s právy a povinnostmi majitele nebo provozovatele motorového vozidla z hlediska jeho odpovědnosti při provozování vozidla a poukazuje na statistické přehledy, které vyzdvihují význam tohoto pojištění. V závěru práce jsou srovnány tří produkty povinného ručení od tří různých pojišťoven, které provozují pojišťovací činnosti na tuzemském trhu.

Abstract:

The purpose of this bachelor´s thesis is to introduce readers with a Third-party Liability Motor Insurance and with its additions on the czech insurance market. The thesis emphasizes on the importance and the purpose of this insurance mainly from the protection point of view of every traffic participant when damage is caused by a motor vehicle. Although Third-party Liability Motor Insurance is beneficial to protect property and health of the third party, it is significant for every one of us. The bachelor´s thesis introduces readers with their rights and duties for both the owner of a motor vehicle as well as the user and points out resposibilities whilst using the motor vehicle. The thesis also emphasizes statistics which highlights the purpose of this insurace. At the end of the thesis there are 3 different third-party liability insurance products compared between 3 different insurance companies, which provide insurance services in domestic market.
