Abstract:

This bachelor thesis represents the analysis of the financial condition of Novartis and Pfizer companies using financial statements for the period from 2012 to 2016 and their influence on the management of the company. The main purpose of the thesis is to understand the correlation indicators and complex methods of financial analysis and analysis of the bankruptcy/creditworthiness of the Company. As part of the processing of the selected topic, the available information on the Company's financial statements will be collected, analyzed, and compared. Based on the evaluation and analysis of the information received on individual issues, their confrontation with theoretical, previously known documents, the purpose of this thesis will be to propose appropriate measures to improve the methods of implementation of the issue in practice and the provision of recommendations.
