Abstract:
Somatotypy, výživa a regenerace pro atletické vrhy a hody. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Masarykova univerzita, Fakulta sportovních studií, 2014, 74s. Bakalářská práce popisuje předpokládané somatotypy pro vrhače, specifická doporučení ve výživě a možnosti regenerace. Ve výzkumné části popisuji naměřené somatotypy jednotlivých vrhačských disciplín mužů i žen v České republice.

Bachelor thesis describes the predicted somatotypes, specific recommendations in nutrition, and regeneration for throwers. The research section describes the measurement somatotypes in various throwing disciplines of men and women in the Czech Republic.
