Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o úloze plasmacytoidních dendritických buněk ve zdravém imunitním systému a srovnává ho s chováním těchto buněk v nádorovém mikroprostředí mnohočetného myelomu. Plasmacytoidní dendritické buňky ztrácejí svou fyziologickou úlohu v prezentaci antigenu a boji proti maligním buňkám. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on the role of plasmacytoid dendritic cells in the healthy immune system. The thesis compares the characteristic of these cells in the tumour microenvironment in multiple myeloma. The plasmacytoid dendritic cells lose their normal function in the presenting of antigen and the fight against the tumor.
