Motivation of employees at ZAGO Ltd.

Abstract:

Smyslem této práce je analyzovat přesný stav vedení lidí a motivace a navrhnout změ-ny, které by přinesly zlepšení celkové situace. Celá práce je založena na teoretických poznatcích. Dále jsou provedeny analýza současného stavu motivace, delegování a fluk-tuace zaměstnanců. Na zjištění spokojenosti bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření a pro-vedena analýza odpovědí. Na základě zjištěných informací mohly být představeny dílčí návrhy motivačního programu určené pro samotného majitele i zaměstnance. V závěru je proveden finanční rozpočet, uvedeny rizika a přínosy návrhů a doporučení k realiza-ci.

Abstract:

The purpose of this work is to analyze the exact state of leadership and motivation and to propose changes that would improve the overall situation. The whole work is based on the theoretical knowledge. Furthermore, an analysis of the current state of motiva-tion, delegation and staff turnover is carried out. A questionnaire survey was conduct-ed to determine the satisfaction, and the responses were analyzed. On the basis of the information could be introduced the partial proposals incentive program designed for the owner and employees alone. In the end it made the financial budget, given the risks and the benefits of the proposals and the recommendations for implementation.
