Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou antibiotické rezistence u kmenů Clostridioides difficile. Kmeny C. difficile jsou velmi častým původcem nosokomiálních nákaz vznikajích v souvislosti s podáváním antibiotik. Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis addresses the issue of antibiotic resistance in strains of Clostridioides difficile. C. difficile strains stand as a prevalent causative agent of nosocomial infections, often linked to antibiotic usage.
