Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na optimalizaci distribučních cest rozvozu zboží zákazníkům ve vybrané společnosti za pomocí vybraných metod operačního výzkumu. Jednotlivé části práce se zabývají konkrétní optimalizací zvolených distribučních cest. Praktická část je zaměřena na konkrétní případy z praxe vybrané společnosti. První použitou metodou je modifikovaná Vogelova aproximační metoda a druhou použitou metodou je Clarke-Wrightova metoda. Cílem této bakalářské práce je nalezení optimálního řešení distribučních cest, aby byl minimalizován počet najetých kilometrů, celkový jízdní čas, a tím by mělo dojít k ušetření finančních nákladů na rozvoz stavebního materiálu, které jsou spojeny i s opotřebením nákladních vozidel vybrané společnosti. Po optimalizaci tras modifikovanou Vogelovou aproximační metodou došlo ke snížení najetých kilometrů a celkového jízdního času nákladního vozidla, avšak tuto metodu lze použit jen v případech, kdy nejsou překročeny omezující požadavky. Aplikací Clarke-Wrigtovy metody se podařilo optimalizovat trasy, díky čemuž došlo ke splnění cíle bakalářské práce. V závěru práce jsou současné výsledky porovnány s výsledky optimalizačních metod a vyhodnoceny optimalizované trasy.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the optimization of distribution routes for the distribution of goods to customers in a selected company using selected methods of operational research. The invidual parts of the work deal with the specific optimization of selected distribution channels. The practical aprt is focused on specific cases from the practice of a selecred company. The furst method use dis the modified Vogel approximation methond and the second method use dis the Clarke – Wright method. The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to find the optimal solution for distribution routes to minimize mileage, total travel time, and thus should save financial costs for the distribution of building materials, which are associated with wear and tear of selected companies. After the rautes were optimized using the modified Vogel approximation method, the mileage and total travel time of the truck were reducted, but this method can only be used in cases where the limiting requirements aren´t exceeded. The application of the Clarke – Wright method succeeded in optimizing the rautes, tahnks to which the goal of the bachelor´s thesis was met. At the end og the work, the current results are compared with the results of optimization methods and the optimized routes are evaluated.
