The influence of stress on work performance in the automotive industry

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vliv stresu na pracovní výkon v oblasti automobilového průmyslu. První částí práce je literární rešerše, která obsahuje shrnutí české a zahraniční literatury k tématu stres, pracovní stres a zaměstnaneckým benefitům. Druhou částí práce je kvantitativní výzkum, který byl formou dotazníkového šetření. Zapojeno do něj bylo oddělení logistiky a finanční centrum sdílených služeb z předem vybrané společnosti. Po vyhodnocení výsledků tohoto šetření následoval návrh doporučení, která by měla snížit pracovní stres a zvýšit spokojenost a motivaci zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the influence of stress on work performance in the automotive industry. The first part of the work provides literature research, which contains a summary of Czech and foreign sources on the topic of stress, work stress and employee benefits. The second part of the thesis contains quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire survey. The logistics department and the shared services financial center from a pre-selected company were involved. The evaluation of the results of this survey was followed by a proposal for recommendations that should reduce work stress and increase employee satisfaction and motivation.
