Tématem této diplomové práce je Výběr a implementace normovacího softwaru. V první části jsou potřebné teoretické pojmy týkající se řízení výroby, konkurence a normování práce. Následně je zde uveden profil společnosti TS Plzeň a.s. a její současný stav. Poté je zde provedena rozhodovací analýza pro výběr normovacího softwaru.
