The colour of herbal infusions
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na bylinné nálevy. V první části práce byla vypracována rešerše věnující se jejich přípravě, skladování, pěstování a vlivu na zdraví. V experimentální části byly připraveny nálevy z vybraných bylin jejich extrakcí horkou vodou. Nálevy byly následně skladovány za různých podmínek. This bachelor thesis is focused on herbal infusions. In the first part of the thesis scientific sources were examined in regards to preparation, storing, cultivating and the effects of herbal infusions in health. In the experimental part, herbal infusions were prepared from selected herbs by extraction with boiling water. The infusions were then stored in different conditions.
