Tato diplomová práce se zabývá nalezením prokazatelných změn lipidového metabolismu mastných kyselin, které by přispěly k včasné diagnostice metabolického onemocnění diabetes mellitus. Vzorky EDTA plazmy diabetických pacientů byly ultracentrifugovány a následně byla oddělena VLDL a LDL frakce. Abstract:
This diploma work deal with finding of demonstrable changes in lipid metabolism of fatty acids, which may contribute to early diagnosis of metabolic disease diabetes mellitus. Samples of EDTA plasma of diabetic patients were ultracentrifugued and was subsequently separated VLDL and LDL fractions.
