Abstract:
Navrácení válečné kořisti je velice ožehavým tématem. Tato magisterská diplomová práce se věnuje problematice vlastnictví kulturních statků, které si navzájem zabavili nacisté a Rudá armáda za druhé světové války. Práce si klade za cíl prostudovat právní aspekty restituce těchto statků a prozkoumat německo-ruská jednání o válečné kořisti.
Abstract:
The return of the spoils of war is an actual topic nowadays. This master's thesis deals with the issues of ownership of cultural property seized by the Nazis and the Red Army during World War II. The thesis aims to analyse the legal aspects of resti-tution and to study the German-Russian negotiations over war booty.
