Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá významnými poznatky se zaměřením na bakterie rodu Legionella. První část práce je zaměřena na obecnou charakteristiku celého rodu bakterií a jejich výskyt. Další část je zaměřena na nemoci způsobené legionelami, konkrétně na Legionářskou nemoc a Pontiackou horečku. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis addresses important knowledge about Legionella bacteria. First half of the thesis is focusing on general descriptions of genus of bacteria and their occurrence. Next part is discussing illnesses caused by Legionella, specifically the Legionnaires' Disease and Pontiac fever. In the following chapter is summarized the occurrence of the illnesses in Europe.
