Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o omezení vlastnického práva, přičemž jejím ústředním tématem je problematika sousedských práv. Diplomová práce se v jednotlivých kapitolách zaobírá dílčími instituty sousedských práv v kontextu současné právní úpravy a judikatury českých soudů. The thesis deals with the restriction of property right and and its central theme is the issue of neighbouring rights. In the individual chapters, the thesis deals with the individual institutes of neighbouring rights in the context of the current legislation and the case law of the Czech courts.
