Tato práce analyzuje režijní styl Roberta Altmana v druhé polovině sedmdesátých let. Zabývá se využitím jednotlivých složek filmové řeči k vyjádření témat filmů Nashville, Buffalo Bill a Indiáni a Tři ženy. Snaží se pojmenovat ve zvolených filmech žánry a prvky mizanscény a všímá si práce s kamerou, střihem, zvukem, hudbou a výpravou. Abstract:
The thesis provides an analysis of Robert Altman's directing style in the late 1970's. It is concerned with the use of particular elements of the cinematic language for the expression of theme in the films Nashville, Buffalo Bill and the Indians and 3 Women. Accessibility: Autor udělil v licenční smlouvě souhlas s: a) rozmnožováním díla jakýmikoliv prostředky a vjakékoliv formě, včetně formy elektronické; b) bezúplatným rozšiřováním originálu Školního díla nebo jeho rozmnoženin pořízených podle písm. a); d) vystavováním originálu díla nebo jeho rozmnoženin podle písm. a); e) sdělováním veřejnosti všemi způsoby uvedenými v ustanovení § 18 až 23 autorského zákona, zejména pak živým provozování Školního díla a jeho přenosem a zpřístupňováním Školního díla způsobem, že kdokoliv může mít k němu přístup na místě a v čase podle své vlastní volby (tzn. především v síti Internet na webových stránkách Nabyvatele).;
