Abstract:
Zaměstnanci patří mezi nejdůležitější zdroje každé organizace. Především jejich kvalita, schopnosti a dovednosti ovlivňují služby a výrobky, které uspokojují přání a potřeby zákazníků. Pouze na organizaci záleží, jak budou zaměstnanci motivováni a odměňováni. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je navrhnout fungující proces motivace, hodnocení a odměňování zaměstnanců ve společnosti XXX.
Abstract:
The stuff is on the most important sources of every company. Especially their quality, mental power and acquirements influence services and products which fill the whishes and needs off the customers. It depends only on the company how the stuff is motivated and remunerated.
