Tématem diplomové práce je problematika nelegální migrace a způsoby jejího řešení. Práce se zaměřuje na možnost řešení cestou tzv. regularizace neboli legalizace pobytu cizince již přítomného na území. V práci je představen tento pojem a je provedena analýza koncepce tří evropských zemí, jež mají s regularizací či podobným opatřením své zkušenosti. This thesis introduces the phenomenon of illegal migration and the ways of its solution. This thesis focuses on the way of regularization or legalization of the illegal status of the foreigner already residing in the state.
