Tax and accounting specifics of individual legal forms of business

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá daňovými a účetními specifiky u jednotlivých právních forem podnikání. Cílem této práce je analyzovat tato specifika u obchodní korporace - společnosti s ručením omezený - a následně je porovnat s právní formou podnikání fyzické osoby. Na základě literární rešerše, která se zabývá jednotlivými formami podnikání z hlediska účetnictví, daní a práva, byla analyzována specifika a následně byla porovnána. V porovnání obou forem podnikání patří mezi hlavní daňová specifika zdanění příjmů a problematika daně z přidané hodnoty. K hlavním účetním zvláštnostem u korporace se řadí problematika základního kapitálu a kapitálových účtů, úhrada ztráty, rozdělování zisku a změny základního kapitálu. U živnostníka jsou to pak osobní vklady do podnikání a osobní spotřeba. Závěrem této práce je zhodnocení specifik obou forem.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with tax and accounting specifics for individual legal forms of business. The aim of this work is to analyse these specifics of a corporation - a limited liability company - and then compare them with the legal form of business of a natural person. According to a literature search, which deals with individual legal forms of business in aspect of accounting, taxes and law, the specifics were examined and then compared. In comparison of both legal forms of business, the main tax specifics include income taxation and the issue of value added tax. The main accounting peculiarities of the corporation include the issue of equity and capital accounts, loss compensation, profit distribution and changes in equity. For a self-employed person, these are personal deposits in business and personal consumption. The conclusion of this work is to evaluate the specifics of both legal forms.
